PC104 Assembly

Mounts for the PC104 were manufactured and assembled onto the PC104 stack. Corresponding mounting grooves were machined into the robot chassis. However, during assembly it was found that the cabling was too substantial to fit through the gap left in the chassis for this purpose.

Tomorrow the gap will be machined larger and the stack assembled together. Once this is completed the low-level electronics (H-bridges, opto-isolators) can be incorporated and the unit will be driven around on a vertical surface.
